With a BSc (Hons) in Animal Science & Welfare and a lifetime of caring for animals, she brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to Good Dog. She is particularly passionate about welfare, rescue and helping dogs and their owners build confidence and thrive together.
Her own rescue cocker spaniel, Henry, played a huge part in shaping her approach to welfare and continues to influence the way Good Dog cares for dogs today.

Tim brings extensive experience from working in canine rescue, where he was involved in all aspects of care — from exercise and training to helping dogs find their new homes.
He has a particular soft spot for sighthounds and rescue dogs, and loves watching a nervous or uncertain dog gradually come out of their shell and discover their conf

Tim’s love of animals extends beyond dogs too. He once found Nomi, his cat, as a tiny two-week-old stray kitten in a field while out dog walking. Needless to say, she eventually became part of the family.

Marcus is a lifelong dog owner and all-round animal lover who loves nothing more than being outdoors exploring with the dogs in his care.
His own dog, Dougie, can often be found alongside him exploring local woodland and the coast. A talented pet portrait artist and photographer, Marcus also has a brilliant eye for capturing the personalities and little moments that make our dogs so special.

Her own overseas rescue, Mack, has taught her plenty about patience and understanding. Supporting him through his fears and individual quirks has given Em a particularly thoughtful approach to helping dogs overcome their own challenges.
