Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we are fully Insured with Pet Business Insurance. All Walkers/Sitters are also vetted and DBS Checked. This paperwork will be brought to your initial meeting with your pet minder.
Our walkers are insured to care for up to 6 dogs at one time, however we chose to care for a max of 4 as our preference.
Fill in our contact form, whatsapp or call us to discuss your needs and determine availability. We can schedule a free initial meeting from there for you to meet your pet minder and get booked in.
Upon joining us, you will be sent a link to our online booking and billing system (powered by Pet Sitter Plus). Here you can book, amend or cancel services, pay your bills and communicate with your primary pet minder.
You will have one primary pet minder, if they are unwell or on annual leave, you will have a secondary team member step in to cover walks/visits. If you wish to meet your secondary, please contact us and this can be arranged.
Usually your primary pet minder will have a copy of a key to your home. We are also happy to use a lockbox/key safe if this is preferred.
